CARNIDYN®
is a patented dietary supplement containing acetyl-L-carnitine
taurinate, carnosine, creatine, vitamin E and minerals formulated to
help restore energy, provide stamina and increase vitality.
Lack of energy or tiredness can be a normal response to
stressful lifestyle, increased physical activity, convalescence from
disease, poor diet or increased need for certain nutrients. The
ingredients in CARNIDYN®
work synergistically to support the metabolic activity and energy
capacity of muscle cells to help support and restore physical
strength.
The lack of specific nutrients and the build-up of free
radicals and cellular wastes both interfere with the body's ability
to access and break down energy stores, subsequently causing
feelings of tiredness. CARNIDYN®
provides nutrients that can help eliminate cellular wastes and
combat free radical damage.
Daily stress and problems can lower energy levels thus
causing both mental and physical fatigue. When times demand more
energy, and more concentration, CARNIDYN®
provides the nutrients needed for optimal cellular energy
production.
CARNIDYN®
is
supplied in orange flavored powdered form in packages containing 20
packets. Each packet contains 150 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate,
1500 mg creatine monohydrate, 50 mg carnosine, 100 mg potassium,
100 mg magnesium, 7.5 mg zinc and 0.02 mg selenium.
Suggested use is 1-2 packets daily to be dissolved in water.
CARNIDYN®
active ingredients and their function:
Acetyl- L-carnitine taurinate
is a
patented molecule that facilitates the absorption and transport into
the cell of two important compounds for cell metabolism. Acetyl L-carnitine
plays a vital role in cell energy production especially in the
utilization of fats and in eliminating toxic substances from cells. Taurine
is an amino acid normally present in the body especially in
electrically active tissues such as the
brain and heart to help stabilize cell membranes. It plays
an important role in muscle contraction and in generating nerve
impulses.
Creatine is
an amino acid which
is especially important as an energy source in tissues such as the
voluntary muscles and the nervous system which periodically require
large amounts of energy.
Carnosine
is
naturally present in tissues like muscle and brain. It possesses
strong antioxidant properties and has been defined to be
the water-soluble counterpart to vitamin E
in protecting cell membranes from oxidative damage.
Vitamin E
is a well known liposoluble antioxidant that helps protect cell
membranes from oxidative damage.
Potassium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium
are minerals that play an important role in the enzymatic activities
related to muscle function.
